There is no charge to have O-Hayo Sensei report information about your open position to our motivated, educated, and experienced readers. Start recruiting the best instructors today--just complete the request form below, then click the SUBMIT button.
It may be easier for you to fill-out the Form off-line and email it to us. Either: click the "EMAIL LISTING FORM" button, or click on the "PDF LISTING FORM" button. Thank you.

If you would rather not complete the Form, you can still reach O-Hayo Sensei's readers by composing and submitting your own 800-character (all words and spaces count) paid Position Listing. Paid Listings are US20.00, and appear in two consecutive issues (a one-month period). Click here for more details.
Some Important Details
O-Hayo Sensei notifies all employers by email when their listing request has been reviewed, and when their position will be reported. We also notify all employers by email when their listing is about to expire. You are always welcome to renew your free listing -- just let us know by return email.
O-Hayo Sensei is published twice each month, on the 1st and 16th of each month (O-Hayo Sensei lives on the US West coast -- so remember the International Date Line). We accept listing requests until the day before publication.
Submit only ONE listing request per Form. If you have a full-time position and a part-time position, submit each position on a separate Form. For multiple positions, it may be easier for you to submit your requests using the email Form (fill it out once, and make copies).
O-Hayo Sensei can change/modify requirements, salary/working locations, deadlines, contract information, etc. at any time. Just send us an email.
Unless an application deadline is included, or a time period is specified, O-Hayo Sensei reports all openings in two issues only (a one month period). This ensures that our readers don't waste their time applying for filled positions, and protects schools from receiving (and having to process) unwanted applications/resumes. We are happy to keep reporting open positions, but we will check to make sure they are still available.
We strongly suggest including as many specific job requirements as possible -- especially those concerning residence in Japan and visa status. O-Hayo Sensei's readers are working professionals, and welcome the opportunity to share details about their experience and education.
O-Hayo Sensei is written in-house (by humans) following our signature format, and published in English, using plain ASCII text. Japanese is OK, but must be expressed in romanji (using ASCII characters).
Please note: O-Hayo Sensei does not sell or share your information. And our online transactions are all handled by PayPal, on their secure website -- so O-Hayo Sensei never sees your credit card or banking information.
